All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock limits; if we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund you. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

We ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times are estimates. Each brand's store sets out its shipping, return and refund terms at checkout and on its policy pages; those terms form part of these Terms. If you have a problem with an order, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

You agree not to misuse our websites, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, scraping them at scale, or using them for any unlawful purpose.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
